Congratulations Alyssa Congdon! 

Alyssa competed in the Junior Girls Cross Country Provincials in Grande Prairie over the weekend. 

Her stamina and persistence helped her get a personal best pace and time EVER over a 4 km race.  She placed near the top 50% of her race.  Congrats!
